Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number after you rorder has been placed.
Damaged Packages: If the items in your order are damaged or defective, please contact us right away. We are not responsible for damage caused by shipping carriers, however we will assist with the replacement of your item after the damaged item is shipped back to us. We will pay for return shipping when a return/ replacement is authorized. You must contact us within three days of receipt of your package to qualify for replacement or receipt. We may not be able to replace your item after this time frame. Please keep all shipping and packaging, as photos may be required to assist us in filing any claims with the shipping carrier as applicable.
